Every LEXION engine is configured optimally to match the requirements of the work system. As a result, the maximum torque is available when all the machine's work systems are operating at the optimal speed. As well as impressing with their high torque, the Mercedes-Benz engines are characterised by their stability under load and low fuel consumption.

The performance-map controlled power spreader.
Each of the two mechanically driven spreading rotors of the power spreader has two movable deflectors. In this way, the LEXION is able to spread straw efficiently across the entire working width. It does so using minimal energy – even under such unfavourable conditions as differing degrees of straw moisture, strong crosswinds or sloping terrain.
